1. Copyright Respect Statement

Users may only upload photos they created or have permission to license. Daff App prohibits infringing uploads and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.

Copyright complaints can be sent to copyright@daff.app. Legal questions can also be sent to legal@daff.app.

3. Copyright Complaint Requirements

Please include:

• a physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• the URL or clear identification of the material on Daff App;
• your contact information;
• a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law;
• a statement that the information is accurate;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

4. What Daff App May Do

• remove or disable access to the material;
• contact the uploader;
• request more information;
• reject incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith complaints;
• preserve records;
• restrict or terminate accounts for repeat infringement;
• restore material if appropriate.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to copyright@daff.app with:

• a physical or electronic signature;
• identification of removed material and its previous location;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• your contact information;
• consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court;
• agreement to accept service of process from the complaining party or their agent.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Daff App may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material or receive repeated valid copyright complaints. Daff App may consider formal notices and other evidence of infringement or abuse.

8. False or Abusive Notices

False notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences. Daff App may reject abusive, fraudulent, incomplete, or bad-faith reports.
