Avalanche

Description

Avalanche bears about 10 strongly scented flowers per stem, each 33 mm wide with a brilliant greenish-yellow, smooth, bowl-shaped corona. Its broadly egg-shaped perianth segments are blunt with a small pointed tip, reflexed, concave, ribbed and half-overlapping; the inner segments are truncate. It was described as a select form of Grand Monarque.
