Better Still

Description

Better Still has 80 mm flowers whose perianth opens honey yellow, matures to pale yellow with white at the base, and surrounds a pink corona. The 32 mm perianth segments are ovate, blunt, smooth and half-overlapping, spreading flat or with narrowly incurved margins; the inner segments are narrower and shouldered at the base, while the 29 mm cylindrical, angled corona has a flared, broadly ribbed, somewhat wavy mouth and crenate rim. It blooms in mid-season, and its flowers are sunproof.
