Churchfield Bells

Description

Churchfield Bells bears three to four pale yellow, rounded, downward-facing flowers per stem, each 57 mm wide. The smooth, substantial outer segments are blunt and prominently point-tipped, reflexed and overlapping by at least half; the slightly narrower, more ovate inner segments have subtler tips and wavy or incurved margins. Its smooth, cup-shaped corona has a straight, slightly angled, even mouth with an unbroken rim, while the dwarf cultivar blooms mid-season and is slightly scented.
