Description

Cosine bears 105 mm flowers with white, very broad, roundish perianth segments that spread smoothly, overlap by half, and end in prominent short points. The narrower inner segments are broadly ovate, blunt, and slightly turned inward. Its 28 mm deep coral-pink corona segments closely overlie the perianth in two whorls of three, with bilobed, overlapping sections, neat ribbing, slight waviness, and separation. It blooms in mid-season, and the flowers are described as sunproof.
