Damson

Description

Damson opens with primrose-yellow perianth segments that mature to creamy white while retaining yellow at the base, surrounding a red, funnel-shaped corona. The broad, blunt segments have prominent small points, spread and overlap by one-third to one-half; the inner segments curve slightly inward with wavy margins, while the loosely ribbed corona has a straight, loosely frilled mouth.
