Fortissimo

Description

Fortissimo has broad, 120 mm flowers with brilliant greenish-yellow perianth segments surrounding a strong orange corona. The spreading, one-third-overlapping outer segments are oblong, blunt and prominently mucronate, while the more ovate inner segments are slightly twisted. Its funnel-shaped corona is lightly ribbed and frilled, ending in a deeply notched, crenate rim, and the flowers bloom in mid-season.
