Kinglet

Description

Kinglet bears one to three bright yellow flowers per stem, with spreading, oval perianth segments that taper to sharp tips and overlap only at the base. The segments are usually flat but may be slightly twisted, especially the inner segments, while the cup-shaped, loosely ribbed corona has a straight mouth and a broadly scalloped rim.
