Lancaster

3 W-GYOSmall-cupped

Description

Lancaster has rounded flowers measuring 94 mm wide, with very broad, slightly reflexed perianth segments that overlap by half or more and curl inward at their tips. Its very shallow, narrow corona is tightly ribbed and frilled, opening yellow with a deep green base and a faint orange flush at the rim; its mouth is sometimes deeply split and overlapping. The inner perianth segments spread outward, and the flowers bloom in mid-season.
