Louise de Coligny

Description

Louise de Coligny bears 95 mm clear-white flowers with broadly ovate, slightly reflexed outer segments whose wavy margins overlap. The narrower inner segments are variably reflexed in their upper half, surrounding a smooth, funnel-shaped corona with six overlapping frilled lobes, light yellow shading to apricot pink at the rim. The flowers are sweetly scented, and the cultivar was named in honor of the wife of William the Silent.
