Madison

4 W-YOYDouble

Description

Madison has rounded flowers with greenish-white petaloid segments arranged in several whorls. The segments are very broad and blunt to somewhat truncate, with slightly pointed tips, visible midribs, and overlaps of half or more; the outer whorl spreads, while the slightly shorter inner whorls turn gently inward. A few central corona segments, half the length of the inner whorls, range from light to brilliant orange-yellow, with brilliant yellow at the base and a creamier yellow, loosely frilled rim. The bloom season is late.
