Marzo

7 Y-YJonquilla

Description

Marzo bears one or two 60 mm flowers per stem, with rich butter-yellow, very broadly ovate, spreading perianth segments whose incurved margins overlap deeply and end in a white mucro. The inner segments are slightly narrower and inflexed, while the bowl-shaped corona is slightly darker, with a straight, even mouth and a broadly, shallowly crenate rim. It blooms very early.
