Merels Favourite

Description

Merels Favourite bears 120 mm flowers forming a double triangle, with yellowish-white perianth segments around a vivid yellow corona. The spreading outer segments have slightly incurved margins and a visible midrib, while the narrower inner segments are shouldered at the base and slightly inflexed. Its smooth, cylindrical corona is 40 mm long, opening into an expanded, neatly ribbed and slightly wavy mouth with a flanged, crenate rim; the sweetly scented flowers bloom in mid-season.
