Description

Montroig bears a 125 mm double-triangle flower with very broad, white perianth segments of heavy substance, overlapping by half or more around a smooth, bowl-shaped terracotta-pink corona with greenish yellow at its base. The spreading segments are flat to slightly concave and smooth, while the corona has a straight, wavy mouth with a toothed rim. It blooms from mid-season to late, is recorded as sunproof, and was named for a campsite in Spain.
