Description

New World has pale lemon-yellow, broadly ovate perianth segments surrounding a deep, bowl-shaped and frilled corona. The primrose-yellow corona becomes flushed with pink, with the strongest pink tones at its rim. Its overlapping, spreading outer segments are blunt and finely pointed, while the slightly narrower inner segments have wavy margins and reflex toward the apex. It blooms in mid-season.
