Nissa

Description

Nissa bears 89 mm flowers with a broad, flat, pure-white perianth and a vivid yellow, funnel-shaped corona. The broad, half-overlapping segments spread flat, with slightly inflexed, somewhat ribbed inner segments; historical accounts note the bloom’s symmetry and describe its large crown as bright lemon with a brass-like sheen. Historical commentary also describes the cultivar as tall and free flowering.
