Pera

Description

Pera has pure white, broadly ovate perianth segments surrounding an almost disc-shaped, ribbed corona of deep red, narrowly banded with yellow at the base and prominently green in the tube. The blunt or slightly truncate, subtly pointed segments spread or reflex slightly and overlap, while the narrower inner segments have wavy or incurled margins. Its corona mouth is wavy and sometimes folded, and the flowers bloom late.
