Pipit

Description

Pipit has pale sulphur-yellow flowers that fade almost to pure white at the perianth base, while the corona changes from pale sulphur yellow to near white. The 70 mm flowers are borne two to three per stem, with broad, spreading, overlapping perianth segments and a short, lightly ribbed, funnel-shaped corona with a loosely frilled mouth. The inner segments are slightly inflexed, with wavy or more strongly incurved margins, and flowering occurs in mid-season.
