Description

Pride of Lions bears 105 mm flowers with brilliant greenish-yellow perianth segments and a bowl-shaped corona that changes from strong orange to yellowish orange. The heavy, overlapping segments are spreading and flat, with narrowly incurled margins, while the corona has narrow ribs and an expanded, wavy to lightly frilled mouth with a widely flanged, shallowly lobed rim. It blooms in mid-season and is sweetly scented.
