Queen of the North

Description

Queen of the North has star-shaped, slightly downward-facing flowers with milk-white perianth segments faintly stained yellow at the base. The narrow, separated segments are slightly reflexed and ribbed, with wavy or recurved margins, surrounding a ribbed, straight-sided cup whose lightly toothed rim frames a corona that becomes pale primrose yellow. The flowers measure about 80 mm across and bloom in mid-season.
