Description
Red Reed bears 100 mm flowers with vivid-yellow, very broadly ovate perianth segments that overlap and spread from a flat plane, with smooth surfaces, rounded tips, and heavy substance; the cylindrical corona is deeper in tone than strong orange, with an expanded, even mouth and toothed rim. The sunproof flowers bloom in mid-season. Its recorded seed parent is Tarry seedling OWYZ.
