Rocoza

2 YYW-PLarge-cupped

Description

Rocoza bears 97 mm flowers with yellow perianth segments, white at their bases and pale yellow along the midribs and mucros, surrounding a very deep reddish-pink corona. The 40 mm segments are very broadly ovate and blunt, spreading to slightly reflexed, with flat or slightly incurved margins; their smooth, heavy substance overlaps by at least half, while the inner segments are narrower. The smooth, cylindrical corona is 36 mm long, ending in a straight, wavy mouth with a toothed rim. It blooms from mid-season to late, and its sunproof flowers bear a name formed by spelling its identified pollen parent, Azocor, backwards.
