Description
Scilly White bears 10 scented flowers per stem, each 35–40 mm wide, with a cup-shaped, subtly ribbed corona that opens pale greenish yellow and matures to creamy white. The broadly ovate, spreading perianth segments overlap by half and have incurved, prominently pointed tips, while the corona rim is even or slightly wavy and occasionally notched. It flowers in the early to mid-season and was named for growing prolifically on the Isles of Scilly.
