Stella

Description

Stella has star-shaped flowers with ovate, pointed perianth segments ending in fairly prominent small tips; the segments spread or curve slightly inward and are separate or only slightly overlapping. They may be twisted or edged with wavy or incurled margins, surrounding a long, ribbed, cup-shaped corona with a straight, loosely frilled mouth; flowering is early or very early.
