Description
Topsy Turvy bears 82 mm yellow flowers whose heavy-substance, white-tipped segments are arranged in three whorls. The 30 mm outer segments are broad, smooth, concave, and strongly overlapping, while the narrower inner whorl folds inward around 20 mm corona segments; these are slightly darker, with a broad, wavy outer whorl and crumpled, lightly frilled inner whorls. It blooms in mid-season and has the recorded synonym Topsey, the name used in the 2010 online Scamp catalog.
