Trena

Description

Trena bears 82 mm flowers that face slightly downward, with a vivid yellow corona that becomes paler at the base. The reflexed, creased, ovate to broadly ovate perianth segments overlap by one-third to one-half, while the smooth, somewhat funnel-shaped corona has a flared, nearly even mouth and a very shallowly notched, obscurely crenate rim. It is a dwarf plant with an early bloom season.
