Winter Gold

Description

Winter Gold produces 83 mm flowers that face slightly upward, with a vivid yellow perianth marked by darker overtones. The narrow, oblong outer segments are acute, somewhat twisted and spreading or slightly inflexed, while the more nearly ovate inner segments have wavy margins. A darker, lightly ribbed cylindrical corona has a somewhat expanded, frilled mouth and a flanged rim with deep, irregular notches; flowering is early.
