Cragford

8 W-OTazetta

Description

Cragford bears 4–6 flowers per stem, each 53 mm wide, with white perianth segments flushed vivid yellow at the base and a vivid orange corona. The broad outer segments spread with slight concavity and one-third overlap, ending bluntly or sometimes abruptly, each with a prominent small point. The narrower inner segments angle at the shoulder and curve slightly inward, with wavy or incurled margins; the ribbed corona forms a very shallow bowl with a wavy mouth and indented rim. It blooms very early, and its flowers are scented.
