Garden Beacon

Description

Garden Beacon bears 110 mm flowers whose broadly ovate, blunt, mucronate perianth segments open creamy white and mature to milk-white, contrasting with a deep orange corona that pales to yellow at the base. The 45 mm perianth segments are spreading, smooth and substantial, overlapping by half, with plane or slightly incurved margins; the inner segments are narrower and shouldered at the base. The 45 mm corona is cylindrical and angled, with a straight, wavy mouth and an entire rim. The flowers appear early and are sunproof.
