Greek Surprise

Description

Greek Surprise has rounded, 106 mm flowers composed of several regular whorls of very broad, deeply overlapping white segments, interspersed with deep lemon-yellow corona segments. The heavy-substance outer whorl spreads with somewhat concave segments, while the increasingly concave inner and central segments turn strongly inward, their margins incurled or folded inward. It flowers from mid-season to late and was named for Greece’s unexpected victory in a European Cup football event.
