Harpswell

Description

Harpswell produces 6–9 sweetly scented, 50 mm flowers per stem, with white perianth segments and bowl-shaped orange-yellow coronas. Broad, spreading outer segments overlap by half, while the narrower inner segments are shouldered at the base. The lightly ribbed corona has a light greenish-yellow base and rim, sometimes orange-flushed, and a straight, even mouth with an entire rim; flowering is in mid-season.
