Motmot

Description

Motmot has rounded, 43 mm flowers with bright yellow perianth segments and a frilled, bright orange-red corona. Its scented flowers bloom in mid-season. Part of Grant Mitsch’s “Bird Series,” it was named after a jungle bird called the motmot.
