Description

Mrs Ernst H.Krelage bears substantial, 102 mm flowers with creamy-white perianth segments surrounding a creamy-yellow corona on opening. The broad, overlapping outer segments are blunt, slightly pointed and inflexed, while the narrower inner segments are slightly twisted; the smooth, cylindrical corona has a lightly frilled, six-lobed mouth and a widely rolled, crenate rim. This mid-season cultivar, also recorded as 'Mrs. E.H. Krelage', was named for the wife of a leading bulb grower in the Netherlands.
